The ALIA Board is comprised of up to 10 Directors, each serving terms of up to three years with the option for reappointment. The Board has an Audit and Risk Committee and a Claims Committee. The Board is tasked with the oversight of the indemnity program.
Directors are appointed to the Board by the Benchers, the board of the Law Society of Alberta, on the recommendation of the ALIA Board.
